Students can choose from a broad range of subjects, including both A levels and Level 3 BTECs, to study allowing them to either keep their selection broad or, if appropriate for their future pathway, a more focused set of subjects.
Students receive 8 contact lessons with a teacher a fortnight and 2 non-contact lessons which are allocated for independent learning with subject specific tasks set by the subject teacher to complete during them.
Most of the subjects available for students to study are taught at Cox Green, however there are a few (German, Law, Design & Technology and Sociology), which are delivered by and at schools in the Maidenhead Consortium. These lessons take place on a Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon every week.
