The duties of the role include:
- To arrange the smooth and efficient set up, administration and management of the examinations held within the school and all related systems.
- Manage and train a team of invigilators.
We are looking for a candidate who is well-organised, able to work under pressure, show meticulous attention to detail and enjoys working with young people. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good time management are essential. Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and the ability to produce highly accurate data reports are crucial. A team player, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with students, department staff, leadership team and outside agencies.
