Background (employment, experience etc): I have worked in secondary education supporting the smooth running of data and exams for the past 8 years - 5 years of which was at Cox Green School in the role of Data Manager. I am an expert in analysing data to drive school improvement and familiar with government systems and guidelines. I was also an active staff Trustee/Governor on Cox Green School Governing Board for 3 years.
Why I became a Governor: My knowledge of the school as an employee and Governor, together with experience of school data and exams, give me the requisite skills to offer robust challenge to the school in a role as an Independent Board Member. I truly enjoyed working at Cox Green School and was very proud to accept the role.
